How it works

From enquiry to live in three steps.

Tell us the scope

Send us what you need. We reply with a fixed quote, what's included, and a timeline.

50% to start

A 50% deposit books your slot and kicks off the build. The balance is due on delivery.

03

Build & go live

We design, build, revise within your tier, then deploy to your domain. Care Plan optional.

Project terms

  1. Starting prices. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are starting points ("from"). Your final quote is based on your specific requirements and confirmed in writing before work begins.
  2. Payment. A 50% deposit is required to begin; the remaining balance is due on delivery, before final handover or transfer of files and access.
  3. Deposits. Deposits for custom and bespoke project work are non-refundable once work has commenced, as the work is built to your specification.
  4. Ownership. You own all code, designs, and assets for your project upon final payment. Ruji Labs retains all rights to the work until the project is paid in full.
  5. Revisions. Each tier includes the revision rounds listed. A revision round is one consolidated set of change requests. Extra rounds or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
  6. Post-launch fixes. Every build includes a 14-day bug-fix window after launch. New features or changes after that are quoted separately.
  7. Timelines. Timelines assume timely feedback, content, and approvals from your side. Delays in these may move the delivery date.
  8. Third-party costs. Domain names, paid plugins/APIs, and premium email/SMS credits are billed at cost or paid by you directly.
  9. Care Plans. Care Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with 14 days' notice.
  10. General. These project terms apply to client work and are read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
