Delivery & Return Policy
How our products and services are delivered
This Delivery & Return Policy applies to Ruji Labs Services ("Ruji Labs", "we", "our", or "us") and all products, applications, and services we operate. Our products and services are digital and delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
1. Digital Delivery
- Access to subscriptions and digital products is provisioned electronically through your account, by email, or via a download link.
- Delivery is typically immediate after successful payment and confirmation. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.
- No physical items are shipped, so no shipping fees or delivery addresses apply.
2. Service Delivery
For project-based design and development services, deliverables are provided electronically according to the timeline and milestones in the signed proposal, statement of work (SOW), or Client Agreement.
3. Delivery Issues
If you have completed payment but have not received access within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check the email address linked to your account (including spam/junk folders).
- Confirm your payment was successful.
- Contact us at info@rujilabs.com with your order or invoice reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Returns
As all products and services are digital, there are no physical returns. Eligibility for refunds is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
